Words of Art

This is something one of my cafemom groups does...they post a picture and you're supposed to use it as inspiration...I normally skip these particular challenges because the pictures rarely inspire me, however this one did...so I wrote this:

I kissed your skin

so soft and smooth

you smelled like hope,

and faith renewed

I laid you down,

in night's cocoon

and prayed to God

that you'd be found
